Personal Information

At Small Order Tees, your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you share is used only to fulfill your order and provide requested services. We do not sell, share, or misuse your data.

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive updates about our services, promotions, and resources. You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or replying directly to our emails.


Production Turnaround

Our typical production time is 7–9 business days after your order has been finalized and artwork approved. Turnaround times may vary depending on seasonal demand.

Orders requiring specialty inks, designs with more than seven colors, or rush production may be subject to additional fees. If you have a required delivery date, please notify us when placing your order. Delays in artwork approval may affect production timelines.

Small Order Tees is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, supplier issues, shipping delays, or acts of God. If an issue occurs, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.



Full Payment

We accept cash, checks, ACH, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Payment is due upon receipt, though it may be submitted at any point during production.
If paying by check, payment must be sent immediately after quote approval to prevent order delay


Overrun & Underrun Policy

Because custom printing involves manual processes, final quantities may vary by up to ±5%. We recommend ordering extra garments to account for this allowance. This applies to both standard and rush orders.

If spoilage occurs due to printing errors, affected items will be refunded or credited accordingly.


Artwork Guidelines

Artwork created by SOT remains our property unless full ownership rights are purchased. Customer-submitted artwork remains the customer’s property; however, any separated or production-ready files we create are owned by SOT.

Files that are not print-ready may require additional artwork fees. All designs must be approved digitally prior to production. One revision is included; additional revisions may incur fees. Any changes after approval may delay production.


Out-of-Stock Products

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly and offer suitable alternatives.


Manufacturer Defects

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color variations, sizing inconsistencies, or stitching flaws. Ordering an additional 5% is recommended to account for potential defects.


Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum order quantity is 20 garments per unique design. Multiple designs with fewer quantities will be treated as separate orders, each requiring a 20-piece minimum.


Decoration & Printing Standards

All garments within an order will receive the same image size unless otherwise requested. For example, extended sizes (XS–3XL) will typically receive the same print dimensions unless specified. Different image sizes are treated as separate orders.

Printing near seams, collars, or zippers may result in imperfections. Our standard placement maintains at least 1 inch of clearance from these areas.
Minor placement variations of up to ¾ inch between garments are considered acceptable and standard.

Mockups are intended as visual references only and may not represent exact scale or final color. Garment images provided by suppliers may vary slightly from actual products. Differences in fabric, garment color, and sizing can affect final print appearance.

Sample prints are available upon request for an additional fee, which varies by design and printing method.

If exact measurements, Pantone color matching, or press checks are required, these must be requested before final approval and clearly noted in the mockup or quote notes. Due to the nature of custom printing, slight variations are expected. We recommend ordering a sample print for highly specific requirements.


Care Instructions

For best longevity, wash garments in cold water and tumble dry on low heat. Plastisol and Direct-To-Film prints should be washed inside out. Wash garments before first wear.


Reorder Ink Colors

Exact color matches on reorders cannot be guaranteed due to variations in ink, materials, and garment styles. The same ink may appear slightly different on different fabrics or colors. We will make every effort to maintain consistency.


Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are not included in production turnaround times and are the customer’s responsibility. SOT is not liable for carrier delays or shipping errors. Split shipments are available for an additional fee.


Order Review & Issues

Orders must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery. Any issues must be reported within this timeframe. Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted.


Dispute Submission Process

All disputes must be submitted in writing to smallordertees@gmail.com, including a detailed description and photos if applicable. We will review the claim and respond accordingly.


Resolution

If the issue is determined to be an error outside customer subjectivity or approved specifications, SOT may offer:

  • A reprint of affected items
  • A partial or full refund or credit, depending on the situation


Customer Responsibility

Disputes related to artwork, quantities, or order details will not be honored if those details were approved during proofing. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all approvals.

Subjective concerns such as color perception, placement preference, or fabric feel are inherent to custom printing and are not grounds for disputes unless a prior written agreement exists. Sample prints are recommended when expectations are highly specific.


Quality Guarantee

If we make a production error that falls outside these policies, we will reprint the affected items within 10 business days.


Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Orders canceled prior to production are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, plus any return shipping costs.


Returned Checks

Returned checks are subject to a $30 processing fee.


Social Media Use

We may feature photos of completed orders on our website or social media unless you request otherwise at the time of ordering.


Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days and may change based on final artwork or specifications. Final invoices reflect the quantity shipped, not the quoted estimate.
